Before and After Pictures

I don't have any good "before" pictures for comparison purposes, but the middle picture below closely approximates the stock ride height.

Suspension jacked up rally-car style

Suspension at approximately stock ride height.

Suspension almost all the way down.

It appeared to me that the lower the car sat down around the tires, the smaller the wheels seemed; the 15's that looked huge at stock ride height didn't seem quite big enough when lowered. I didn't notice this with pictures of others' cars, but I guess it could be more noticeable in person.

Anyway, that's all there is to it. I think the modification is a pretty good bang for the buck, but to do it right, it isn't the straight swap that it may seem. Also, it would definitely be worth your while to try and find some other, softer springs, and it would also be beneficial to have the spring rates different for the front and rear.

At some point in the near future, I will be cutting my stock springs for a hopefully better ride quality while gettin' down low... Stay tuned!
